Standard Production Timeline: Our commitment to quality takes time. Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 working days from the date of deposit and measurement confirmation.
Express “Nova” Service: For clients requiring a faster turnaround (less than 7 working days), an Express Surcharge of 25% will be applied to the total bill to prioritize the order in our production line.
Garment Collection & Storage: We take great care of your garments while they are with us. However, items not collected within 30 days of completion are no longer the responsibility of the studio. A storage fee may apply for items held beyond 45 days.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee: Due to the personalized nature of bespoke fashion, we do not offer cash refunds. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will provide necessary adjustments until the garment meets the agreed-upon design specifications.
TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT
Billing Structure: We operate on a transparent 60/40 billing model (Deposit/Balance). Any additional embellishments (Stoning/Embroidery) added mid-production will be billed separately and must be paid before final delivery.
Lead Time Accuracy: While we aim for 10–14 business days, lead times for intricate bridal wear or high-volume uniform orders will be communicated specifically during the consultation phase.
Scheduled Fitting Sessions: To ensure the “Nova Fit,” fittings are strictly by appointment. This ensures our Lead Designer can give you undivided attention.
Logistics & Delivery: We offer seamless doorstep delivery services. Within Abuja, delivery is handled via our trusted local couriers. For nationwide and international shipping, we partner with major logistics firms. Please note that all delivery costs are borne by the client.
